What data is processed?

When you use the contact form, the following information is processed:

• Name, email address, optionally phone number
• Device type and the content of your enquiry
• Technical data for abuse prevention (IP address, time of the enquiry)

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used exclusively to process and answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to handle the resulting order (processing for the initiation of a contract or based on your consent in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP). No data is passed on for advertising purposes.

Transmission and storage

Enquiries from the contact form are delivered to me by email. Google Gmail (Google LLC) is used as a technical service provider for sending emails; data may be processed outside Switzerland in this context. The website is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany); Cloudflare is used to protect and deliver the website. Connection data may be recorded in server logs, which are stored for a short time to ensure operation and prevent abuse.

Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices) apply.

Your rights

You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To do so, please contact the address given above.
